This privacy policy website governs the privacy-related rights and obligations of the operator and visitors of the publicly accessible area of the website https://www.departmentofnoise.com.

1.2. Technical provision of the website

The stored data may be used in the course of a criminal procedure for the identification of and in civil and/or criminal proceedings against the responsible persons.

Videos of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, a company of Google Inc., Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, are embedded on https://www.departmentofnoise.com.

Embedding videos is deployed under the option provided by YouTube «privacy-enhanced mode».

When visitors visit a page that has an embedded video, a connection is made to the YouTube servers and the content is displayed on the website by communication to the browser of the visitor.

According to YouTube, the «privacy-enhanced mode » will only send data to the YouTube server, in particular which web pages visitors visited, when the visitor views the video. If visitors are logged into YouTube at the same time, this information will be assigned to the visitor’s YouTube account.

1.7. Vimeo Plug-In 

On our website we embed Videos of the company Vimeo, Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA.

When visitors visit a page that has an embedded video, a connection is made to the Vimeo servers and the content is displayed on the website by communication to the browser of the visitor. The IP address and information about the web pages visited by the visitor are collected. If a visitor is logged in to Vimeo at the same time, this information will be assigned to the visitor's account at Vimeo.

Visitors can also have their data corrected or deleted, restrict our processing activities concerning their data and object to the processing of their personal data. Anonymized data of visitors will continue to be kept in our database and processed for statistics and evaluations.
